Flowers of Lincoln Park Conservatory

Last time my husband and I were in Chicago was January of this year. So it has been a while. After that trip, we promised to visit the city again but with a more defined plan.

With the help of the Google Trips app (available on iOS and Android), we are able to strategize our trip for maximum enjoyment.

We arrived in Chicago at about 10 am on a Saturday. After checking in early into our hotel, we head out for our first visit. The Lincoln Zoo.

Since parking slot is scarce as they are expensive, we decided to take the CTA to move around the city. By the way, this is also my first time to take public transport in the US. This made it extra exciting for me. Coincidentally, our visit the #PrideWeePride CTA Ticketkend so my 24-hour CTA ticket is rainbow colored! So I’m keeping the ticket as a souvenir.

This stop consists of 3 sites. The Lincoln Park Zoo and the Lincoln Conservatory is pretty much next to each other and the Chicago History Museum is also about a 5-minute away.

My eyes had a feast visiting the Lincoln Conservatory. There are so many beautiful flowers and plants. I was able to take some pictures to share with you and I hope you like them and it encouraged you to visit the conservatory to see them yourself.

Here are some pictures I took at the Lincoln Conservatory in Chicago, Illinois.
